All Sundays should feel how this looks. It is why we are requested, invited, urged, asked, guided from the divine to honor the Sabbath. In our rest is where we repair, grow, dream, awaken, tap in. In the silence and in the quiet in the non-movement is dwelling place of the soul. You don't have to go on a paddle board to receive this, start with 5 minutes of dedicated silence. That's how I started. I set a timer for 5 minutes and would lay on the floor as soon as I got out of the shower. When was the last time you sat in silence?
