Desire Through Silence retreat

If I may, offer guidance on giving this year. Give something that holds another up. Give the gift of experience, joy, time, service and love. What would it be like if we gave nothing material, but gave of ourselves?
Have you thought about gifting the gift of stillness and silence to yourself or a friend? Imagine this, the most still body of water and you throw the tiniest pebble in it. You watch the ripples it creates from the center. Now imagine the most turbulent seas and you toss the biggest rock you can find. You notice nothing
Only in stillness and silence can our desires, intentions and dreams be heard. Just like the tiniest rock making waves from the stillness. My next Desire Through Silence retreat is Jan 25.
