My daughter found this picture of me from last summer and said “this is my favorite picture of you mom.”
“Oh? Why is that?”
“Because you look so happy. I love it”.
Oh to see ourselves through the eyes of a child, especially our own. And I am happy. I’m not trying. Not posing. Just caught in a moment of joy.
