Problems on your way

A reminder that most problems are not as big as you think they are, and you have a number of resources that can help solve about any problem.

If you give yourself enough space and freedom to be creative, every problem is solvable.

The biggest 'NO' that I hear about the upcoming retreat is that there is logistics/kids/partners that all need tending to. That there is no possible away this.

First, let me start by staying the retreat is 24 hours. So, lets focus on saying yes to yourself for 24 hours.

And now lets solve the problem allowing ourselves enough creative space to solve it. I ALSO HAVE THREE HOMESCHOOL KIDS THAT NEED 'TENDING' TO. I feel you. This is SO HARD for me, too, to break away from my responsibilities - mid week no less!

So, I've asked their dad to take those days off work and have a mini retreat with them. They seldom get these days with their dad apart from me. Its a gift to everyone. Now here is where it gets FUN! The men have decided to join in community together - so the community gets to grow at home while the community of sisterhood grows. A mini retreat for the dads and kids while the moms are taking care of themselves!?! I'd say we've solved that problem and will come out on top. (So, if you have kids and a guy willing to take care of them for those days - have them join up with mine - that is how a village is done)

So, what's getting in your way of saying YES!! if you want to have some space with me to solve your problems, move through your limiting factor, let me know. When we allow ourself the time to get creative it turns out - its a LOT OF FUN.
