Be your best

I want to share something pretty vulnerable - this is what I used to look like not all that long ago. The picture of my hand is what my entire body looked like 3 year ago. The picture of my neck is what 2 years into healing looks like. And now, I've never felt so healthy before and my body (and skin) show it.

One of the reasons I've created this retreat is so that no one has to wait until its an emergency to get care. Taking care of ourselves starts now, not until we get so sick. It took me three years to get from deathly ill, mentally and emotionally unbalanced to get here. What I am providing in this retreat are the tools that I have learned over the last three years - in 24 hours for healing, releasing and creating. SO YOU CAN BE YOUR BEST. When you choose yourself, and choose your life, the ripple effect is amazing. The day that I said yes to myself and my healing was the day I got my family back. I got me back. This is my offering to you. To offer YOU all the tools I've learned (alone!!) but this time, we will do it together. Please don't wait until its an emergency like I did.
